1. License Grant and Restrictions

Apps made available through the Apple App Store are licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to each App is subject to your prior acceptance of this Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA").

FitWoW grants you a nontransferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control.
You may not distribute, transfer, sublicense, copy, reverse-engineer, or modify the app.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

FitWoW offers auto-renewing subscriptions and consumable workout-credit purchases through Apple In-App Purchases.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
One-time workout-credit purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

3. Data Collection and Use

We may collect technical data and related information, including device information, system and application software, and peripherals information. Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. External Services

Use of external services (such as Apple ID, Google Sign-In, and AI analysis providers) is at your sole risk.
We are not responsible for third-party services.
External services may not be available in all languages or regions.
We may modify or suspend external services at any time.

5. AI Outputs

FitWoW provides AI-generated workout analysis, rep counting, form feedback, and chat responses. AI outputs are advisory and intended for general fitness guidance only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

6. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including personal injury, loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Total liability shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

8. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. For EU citizens, the governing law shall be the laws of your usual place of residence.
