We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. When emailing, please include:
- Your iOS version (Settings > General > About > Software Version)
- Device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro)
- FitWoW app version (Settings > About in the app)
- A short description of what happened and what you expected
- Optional: a screenshot or screen recording
Common Topics
Subscriptions and purchases
- Manage or cancel a subscription: Open the iOS Settings app > tap your name > Subscriptions, or open the App Store and tap your profile > Subscriptions.
- Restore previous purchases: In FitWoW, open the paywall and tap "Restore Purchases".
- Refund requests: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Workout-credit pass not showing: Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase. Tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall. If still missing, email us with your transaction ID.
Account
- Sign in options: Sign in with Apple or Google. Both work, but you must use the same option each time to access the same account.
- Delete your account: In the app, go to Settings > Account Management > Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and associated data.
- Sign out: Settings > Account Management > Sign Out.
Recording and AI analysis
- Camera permission denied: Open iOS Settings > FitWoW > allow Camera access, then return to the app.
- Analysis taking a long time: Workout video is uploaded after each set. On slow networks this can take a few minutes per session. The report appears once analysis completes.
- AI rep count seems off: Open the report and tap any exercise to correct the count manually before saving.
Reports and history
- Find past sessions: Settings > My Reports.
- Delete a session: In My Reports, swipe left on a card and tap Delete.
- Share a report: Open the report and tap the Share icon.
